Enjoying the weather

| How lovely to see that the weather has decided to play ball for a bit, it really does make all the difference, doesn’t it? It also means that my summer wardrobe gets a bit of exercise, too! I started my weekend with a charming chap on an outcall in Reading , a lovely date indeed. Later in the evening, Hannah came over to dinner, along with another of my friends. We had some fairly hot curry, as well as some very pleasant locally produced cider. Fantastic . I had a few drinks with friends in the afternoon at the Madjeski. As any footie fan knows, Reading played Notts Forest there in an early season play off. For obvious reasons, away fans were not allowed into the hotel, and Reading fans had to show their membership cards to a burly security guard and her male colleague  . It provided me with a huge abount of amusement watching some of the Notts Forest fans trying to blag it, and the security guards listening carefully to their accents, sending them packing if they detected even a slight twang from Nottingham as these chaps practised their best queen’s English !!!Yesterday afternoon was such a lovely day that it seemed an ideal opportunity to go dog walking on the river, lovely. |
